Madrid
Strength, durability and functionality
A system that encourages citizen participation
The Sanecan Madrid is specially designed for dog excrement, helping to improve the urban environment, keeping streets and pavements clean and simplifying street cleaning work. The Sanecan system is based on user participation, making members of the public feel like an essential part of the correct operation of the service.
Its steel construction means it can withstand the toughest treatment. The upper part is made from IHA F-112 2mm thick sheet steel and has two disposable glove/bag dispensers, each with a capacity of 100 units. The central part houses the body of the container, which is manufactured from the same material as the dispenser and has a 55 L bag for used bags and gloves.
It has a triangular lock to prevent tampering and restrict access to collection and maintenance workers. All parts are hot-dip galvanised after the manufacture process to protect against rust.
The outside of the unit is powder coated with polyester resin and heat cured, with a uniform film thickness calibrated to the ISO 2808-1974 standard and applied after the surfaces are degreased, phosphated and chromatised. The anti-graffiti finish provides protection against spray paint and marker pens, making it easy to remove graffiti.
